One of the Bugaboo Stamps new releases this week is called Scarlette Presents
I coloured the image with alcohol markers
I also used the following to create my card:
white CS card base
blue CS mats
oval die cuts
sequins and beads, sewn on
blue satin ribbon bow
the sentiment is my own, generated in MS Word
